YMCC is contributing MEP engineering and execution for the Qiddiya Staff Accommodation project — coordinating HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and fire protection systems across a large-scale residential development supporting the Qiddiya entertainment district.

The Challenge
The programme required tight coordination between multiple MEP disciplines, phased handovers, and compliance with stringent hospitality and safety standards within an accelerated construction schedule.
Our Solution
We deployed integrated MEP teams with dedicated QA/QC, staged commissioning plans, and daily coordination with the main contractor to maintain the critical path across all residential blocks.
