YMCC delivered a full civil infrastructure package for the Tuwaiq district — coordinating excavation, underground utilities, roadworks, and structural foundations for a multi-phase commercial development in Riyadh.

The Challenge
The site required simultaneous utility routing, traffic management, and strict alignment with municipal standards — all within a compressed programme adjacent to active neighbouring properties.
Our Solution
We phased excavation and backfill around utility corridors, deployed dedicated QA/QC for compaction and line levels, and maintained daily coordination with stakeholders to keep the critical path on track.
